Queen Victoria and her love for all things cartographical has supplied us with today’s geography bee.
Three maps. What do the selected countries/cities have in common? To be clear - there is a common factor for EACH MAP. Therefore you shall supply three answers (or as many as you can out of the three). Don’t be a smart ass and say “They all have countries on them”, because I’ll punch you.
1.
2.
3.
This weeks prize is kind of the epitome of what Trivia Tuesday prizes were meant to be: random as fuck. This week we have: stuff from my work drawer. So one time I went to CVS and bought these but I never took them home. So essentially, they are brand spanking new. Cotton balls! Some hand sanitizer spray thinger!

Ok, time to get serious here. No more movies and celebs. Only serious book learnin’ will help you this week (that may not be entirely true). MAPS!
Answers here please.
1. What does this map represent? [Embiggen]

2. What do the blue states have in common?

3. What does the red/pink color represent on this map?

Vicky has billed today’s prize as “A Lot of Junk” which includes such treasures as a tie pin with a cock on it. And were talking poultry here.
OKAY. SO.
There was a little bit of confusion. So, we’re gonna have a little redo, here. A Mulligan, if you will. If you answered already, re-answer since question one has changed.
Answers go here.
1. What do the blue countries have in common?

[Embiggen]
2. These are the only countries that host an certain kind of competition annually. What is it?

3. And what about the red states? What is the common thread. (No, the answer is not “They are political red states, though that would be funny.)

This week’s prize is another treasure from the bag on wonderment given to me by Vicky, who is currently recovering from an appendectomy so send her healing vibes (or gift baskets). It’s Volume 1 of FAKE, a seven-volume Yaoi (google it) manga.
